The space is located within Boulevard Center, a 49,117-square-foot retail plaza in Denver’s Cory-Merrill neighborhood. The three-year lease was signed on July 22, 2026, with Adornments Inc. opening its new location at the property.

Shawna Soffa represented Adornments Inc. in the transaction. Brian Landru of Regency Centers represented the landlord.
