Announcing a 7-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 144 Rampart Way in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – May 6, 2026 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the lease of 144 Rampart Way, Denver, CO 80230. The 2,562 square foot retail space is located within the 112,000 square foot Hangar 2 building in the Lowry neighborhood.

The lease will commence on August 1, 2026, with a term of seven years. The tenant, Mile High Montessori LLC, will be opening its first physical location at the property.
