Broomfield Liquor Store Sells for $550,000

Announcing the Sale of High 5 Liquor

Denver, CO – June 16, 2021 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of High 5 Liquor, located at 5099 West 120th Avenue, Broomfield, Colorado. Established in 2011, this 3,300 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,180,000 in 2019. The business transaction successfully closed on June 10, 2021 for $550,000 or $300,000 plus $250,000 in inventory.

Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, ADM Yeti Beverages, Inc, in the transaction. The buyer, FullSteiner Enterprises, LLC was not represented.
