Denver, CO – January 13, 2026 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 691 W 84^th Ave in Thornton, CO.  The 2,400 SF retail building sold for $800,000, or $333.33/SF.

A private buyer purchased the retail automotive shop building from JDM Colorado, LLC.
