Established in 2012, this 1,700 SF Liquor Store achieved sales in excess of $1,640,000 in 2022. The business transaction successfully closed on October 26, 2023 for $700,000 or $500,000 plus $200,000 in inventory.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Principal/Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the seller, JD’s Liquor, LLC in the transaction. The buyer, Amber Corp. was not represented.
