The lease of 7,400 square foot “flex” space within Ashton Industrial Park, a 14,160 square foot multi-tenant flex/industrial building, is set to commence on March 1, 2023, for a term of five years.  The tenant, Coffman & Company Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC, is moving from their current, much smaller location, in Wheat Ridge.
