The business transaction successfully closed on December 28, 2022 for $1,430,000 or $855,000 plus $575,000 in inventory.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Principal/Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Kun Kun, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, 3G Gateway, LLC was not represented.
