Denver, CO – January 5, 2023 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 3129 W. Eisenhower Boulevard in Loveland, Colorado. The property, consisting of a Liquor Store business totaling 1,700 square feet sold on December 23, 2022 for $1,024,142. The purchase price included the Liquor Store business goodwill, inventory and FF&E.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Principal/Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, Cool Beanz Land, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Hangloose Real Estate, Inc. was represented by Cole VanMeveren with Cushman & Wakefield.
