Denver, CO – October 25, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 3625 & 3655 N. Garfield Avenue in Loveland, Colorado. The property, consisting of a Liquor Store and two residential apartment units totaling 15,454 square feet sold on October 17, 2022 for $6,174,000. The purchase price included the Liquor Store business goodwill, inventory and FF&E in the amount of $2,514,000.
Brandon Gouker and Brian Costello, both Managing Partners with Madison Commercial Properties represented the local seller, BCL Holdings, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Satbir Kaur Properties Inc. was not represented.
