Denver, CO – April 22, 2022 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a business and a new 10-year lease at 730 S. University Blvd. The Retail/Restaurant business, which occupies approximately 2,903 square feet, sold on April 22, 2022, for an undisclosed amount.

Pete Foster, Senior Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the Buyer of the business and new Tenant, Ni Tuyo Concepts, Inc., in the transaction and David Schneider, Broker with AxioCommercial Real Estate, represented the Seller.
