Gustavo Martinez

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

With a background spanning software engineering, industrial construction, and public service, Gustavo brings a unique combination of analytical precision, hands-on industrial experience, and people-first instincts to commercial real estate. Before entering CRE, Gustavo spent nearly a decade as a software engineer, analyzing ambiguous, complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions for immediate business needs, skills that translate directly to underwriting deals and advising clients.
Prior to that, he worked in the industrial sector building warehouses and scaffolding for Exxon and Chevron, giving him a ground-level understanding of industrial facilities. Gustavo holds a degree in Criminology from St. Edward’s University and began his professional career as a Parole Officer, a role that sharpened his people-first & negotiation skills.
Having called Colorado home for the past decade, Gustavo has developed a deep familiarity with the Front Range industrial market. He works with owners, investors, and tenants by helping them make confident, well-informed decisions. When he’s not working, Gustavo spends time with his wife and son, hits the gym, snowboards, plays volleyball or tennis, and travels whenever the opportunity arises.
