Announcing a 5-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 1330 Fox St in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – November 5, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at Rose Andom Center office building located at 1330 Fox St Denver, CO. Jolene Holgate with the Denver Indian Family Resource Center signed a 5-year lease consisting of 2,623 SF of office space.

Denver Indian Family Resource Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and was founded in 2000 to respond to the overrepresentation of American Indian and Alaska Native families involved in the child welfare system. Culturally-responsive services continue to be needed by way of initiatory partnership with Casey Family Programs, DIFRC serves to meet this need through direct services and systems change efforts.  DIFRC’s mission is to strengthen vulnerable children and families and provide services and community programs to families and provides Indian Child Welfare Act advocacy for reunification efforts for families involved in the child welfare system.
