Announcing a 5-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 2320 S Colorado Blvd in Denver, CO

Denver, CO – March 30, 2026 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at 2320 S. Colorado Boulevard in Denver, CO. Master Performance Gym signed a 5-year lease for gym space consisting of approximately 2,000 SF. Master Performance Gym specializing in MMA and general fitness training is opening their first location in the Colorado market.
