Denver, CO – September 4, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of 332 Norfolk St Unit C in Aurora, CO.  The 1,500 SF flex condo located at the Norfolk Park Centre was sold on August 22, 2025, for $370,000 or $247/SF.

Doug Gates, Commercial Real Estate Advisor with Madison Commercial Properties, represented the seller Centerfield Investments, Inc in the transaction.  Lee Toko with TBK Bank assisted the buyer in the securing the loan for the transaction.
