Announcing a 7-Year Lease Has Been Executed at 56 Inverness Dr E in Englewood, CO

Denver, CO – June 25, 2025 – Madison Commercial Properties is pleased to announce an executed lease at The Greens at Inverness office building located at 56 Inverness Dr E Englewood, CO.  Evynne & Glenn Fair with Fair Squared Injury Law signed a 7-year lease consisting of 3,654 SF of office space.

Fair Squared Injury Law helps individuals who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence or wrongdoing.  They work to secure compensation for medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.  These attorneys handle cases such as personal injury, vehicle accidents and wrongful death to name a few, guiding their clients through the legal process, negotiating settlements, or representing them in court if needed.
