I recently worked with Kyler Miller of Madison Commercial and had such a great experience with him.
Kyler was attentive to my needs as a client and was an excellent listener throughout the process. Anytime we would communicate he would always be intentional about ending the conversation with "Is there anything else you need from me?" That provided me with the peace of mind that he was always looking out for my best interest and was willing to step up when I needed him to.
I plan to work with Kyler on projects in the future and would recommend him to anyone who has commercial real estate needs.

Ryder was crucial in helping me procure a new space for my business. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew all of the right questions to ask when we were looking at spaces. He was easy to communicate with and always kept the ball moving forward even while I was busy running my current business. I recently worked with Doug Gates to lease a new space for my accounting firm. What started as a quick inquiry about whether the renewal rates I was being offered at my old location were competitive quickly turned in to me engaging Doug to help me find a better space at a more competitive rate, with better property management.
I had never previously considered working with a professional to find a commercial rental space, and after working with Doug I can't see ever trying to "go it alone" again! He made the process so easy on my side. We talked about what I wanted and needed for my firm in terms of space, layout, and budget. He pulled comps for several possibilities and I narrowed the list to the ones I wanted to see. He arranged showings at those locations, and when I had made my choice, he walked me through negotiating lease details with the landlord.
He even followed up on my move day to make sure things went well, and he's been in contact since to be sure that my team has been able to get settled in, and everything has been handled correctly.

This was my first time dealing with trying to lease commercial property for the company I work for. We were looking to downsize and I was able to work with Todd Brown at Madison Commercial and I am so thankful for everything he did. He explained every step of the process very thoroughly and really listened to what our needs as a company were so he knew what to show us and what not to show us. He was very patient dealing with us as we were so painfully slow with making things happen and making decisions, but in the end all worked out and Todd found us a great location and very a nice office! I definitely recommend working with Todd!
